Smartpac Support provides a single source of third-party multi-vendor network support and maintenance. Providing support for new, EOL, EOS, or refurbished equipment, Smartpac provides a cost-effective and flexible alternative to OEM support whilst still guaranteeing speed of service. With just one number to call to reach skilled, knowledgeable and accredited technicians 24 hours per day, every day, we ensure any problems with your network are resolved quickly and efficiently.


Delivering savings of up to 80%, Smartpac Repair offers board-level multi-vendor repairs, across all faulty, out-of-warranty equipment and CPE. SLAs range from 48 hours to 5 days and all repair equipment comes complete with a 12-month warranty. We can carry out repairs on routers, switches, firewalls, chassis, modules and power supplies as well as a number of other speciality areas. Smartpac resellers and customers will be given access to the Hardware Group Services Portal. This simple tool gives customers the ability to manage contracts, log support calls, view contract payment schedules, track repairs and request repair and support renewal quotes online.
